THE MANDATE:
* To be the primary mover in achieving JIL Church 2011 strategy #2 “ Expand Social Responsibility”
* To be the channel of living out JILCW core values of love and compassion for others
* To be one of the major tools to carry out some projects of the JILCW Evangelism Department
* To network with Ministry Assistance Network (MAN) in utilizing their tangible & intangible God-given resources
* To create sustainable programs that will assist identified individuals in improving their economic condition.
* To monitor semi-annually through the CNI Directors the implementation of ICare programs & projects.
* To establish tie-ups and even partnership with other like-minded organizations.
